DVD

In July 2009 500 cyclists from around the world rode from Lee Valley Youth Hostel, just North of London, to  Dalkeith Rugby Club, just South of Edinburgh, the conditions were trying, and 420 made it back to Lee Valley within the allotted 118 hours. I made a DVD in conjunction with David Robinson, Heather Swift and Melita Luxton. After a lot of struggle, that is now available for £17 including post and packing worldwide. The DVD is 94 minutes long and is divided into 16 chapters, the idea being that it is posssible to skip more detailed sections. I've sought to explain the ride for a more general audience, that might be a bit mystifying to non-English speaking riders, so I intend to work my way through the script and put up the commentary and dialogue on this site in as plain English as possible to facilitate translation.
